My New Moon
Singer/songwriter Amos Lee says his seventh studio album My New Moon is a dedicationits an offering - an altar of sorts to those who have shared their sorrows with me. It is a product of profound human experiences; loss, grief, hope, healing, love, sorrow, and rejuvenation. Each track on My New Moon takes a journey through these intense and personal experiences. Opening track No More Darkness, No More Light was rewritten entirely after the school shooting in Parkland, Florida, and speaks to the hope for change that lies in amongst tragic situations and challenges. Little Light, written for a young girl who beat cancer, is a positive message of spreading light for the world to see, even if youre facing hardship. Hang On, Hang On reflects the helplessness that comes after the loss of a loved one, Crooked brings to light the difficult and confusing times weve faced throughout history in America, and I Get Weak is a beautifully dark love song to something that might kill you, but you need it to go on living. The album as a whole reflects the darkness and the light that we all both experience and bring into the world, and how through these personal experiences and hard times, we grow more connected to one another.
2011 release from the singer/songwriter, his fourth album for Blue Note Records, and his richest and most fully-formed album to date. Mission Bell, which was produced by Joey Burns of the acclaimed band Calexico, displays both range and cohesion, an array of emotions unified by Lee's eclectic taste and distinctive vocals. With a remarkable set of guests (including Lucinda Williams, Willie Nelson, Iron & Wine's Sam Beam, Priscilla Ahn, Pieta Brown, and James Gadson) and the musical backing of Calexico, the album marks the arrival of Amos Lee as a mature artist who continues to explore his musical and thematic interests.
AMOS LEE announces his forthcoming six full-length album and first for John Varvatos Records/Republic Records, SPIRIT available August 19th. The lead single Vaporize recently became the #1 most added song at Triple A Radio.
SPIRIT s 13 songs reflect both the critically acclaimed Philadelphia singer and songwriter s musical journey over the past few years and his expansive sonic palette. Most notably, this is the first time, AMOS acted as his own producer. Informed by everything from his performances alongside some of the world s most prestigious orchestras to a personal taste that spans Robert Glasper, ScHoolboy Q, and Drake, this body of work boasts an aural anatomy all its own.
LEE embarks on a highly anticipated North American headline tour this fall, including stops in New York at the legendary Radio City Music Hall on September 10, Chicago at the iconic Chicago Theater on October 28, and an already SOLD OUT show in Los Angeles at The Theater at The Ace Hotel on November 11.
Supply And Demand
Supply and Demand, the second studio album from Philadelphia native Amos Lee, illuminates his growth from emerging singer-songwriter to established recording artist. From the sparse, powerful, family elegy Long Line of Pain, to the country-r&b flavored title track, Supply and Demand, this album is rich with big league songwriting, compelling musicianship and captivating vocals.

Amos Lee Live At Red Rocks With The Colorado Symphony
When Amos Lee rolled into Red Rocks in August 2014 he had been on tour for almost a year in support of his fifth studio album Mountains of Sorrow, Rivers of Song, but this concert in particular was something special. His first headlining date at the legendary venue, and backed by the Colorado Symphony with arrangements composed just for that evening. Lucky for us, the experience was captured. Live at Red Rocks will be available on June 16th and is a 14 track career spanning set.
The amazing debut album from a phenomenally talented singer, songwriter & guitarist. Throughout the 3 months on the road supporting Norah Jones he sold over 18,000 of his own self-recorded EP and had to restrict sales every night due to constantly running out of stock! Blue Note. 2005

Mountains Of Sorrow, Rivers Of Song
Mountains Of Sorrow, Rivers Of Song, Amos Lee s fifth studio album, will be released on October 8 by Blue Note Records. Lee recorded the 12-song collection in Nashville with Jay Joyce (Emmylou Harris, Patty Griffin, Eric Church, Cage the Elephant).
I've always enjoyed it down there, so I thought I'd bring my band and see how a bunch of Philly guys fit in, says Lee. Jay brings a musicality, a different kind of ear. He definitely hears things in ways that I don t, and brings out extra dimensions in the songs.
The convenient location allowed several remarkable guests to participate in the sessions. Alison Krauss joins Lee on Chill In The Air and Patty Griffin sings harmony on Mountains of Sorrow, a song inspired by Lee s visit to Levon Helm's barn in Woodstock, where he appeared at the legendary drummer's Midnight Ramble not long before Helm's death. Instrumentalists Jerry Douglas (Alison Krauss & Union Station), Mickey Raphael (Willie Nelson and Family) and Jeff Coffin (Dave Matthews Band) also contribute to the record.
